  1. It might mean that *THAT* number called more than once- depending on your device, of course.


  2. If it is a handset/mobile device it means that they tired sending an sms/mss to your device but for some reason your device was either not compatible or their device did not complete the xnsmission.  Also it means that it was an international call... the plus sign does not appear on landline caller id's.
