Just started running about a month and a half ago and anytime I try to push myself a little bit longer before walking to rest ,my face starts to feel all hot and I feel like I'm gonna puke. But I still haven't cause I'll normally rest for a minute when I feel this way.So it's no big deal right?Does it ever happen to you?

  1. its from the build up of lactic acid it shows you have pushed yourself to the limit it can only get easier from there just take some deep breathes and have a minute or so recovery before you carry on  keep up the good work we all go through it

  2. it means you had a great run, or your dehydrated so make sure to drink lots of water :)

  3. It means you ran your hardest. Congrats.

  4. This happens to me a lot.  It means you have made your body feel uncomfortable, which is a good thing, you have pushed yourself.

Whilst I don't think you should push yourself until you do puke, apparently when Arnie was bodybuilding, he didn't feel he'd had a good workout unless he puked.

It's not uncommon, just take it a bit easier until you build up.  It's supposed to be fun....

  5. yeah its normal.. dont worry about it it happened to me on track a couple times. it just means that your times will improve

  6. Yes, i get this all the time when sprinting over long distance ie-1 km. It happens at around the 4 min of intense exercise mark

  7. You're pushing too hard and overdoing it.

    OR

    You're holding your breath. Don't.

    OR

    You're pregnant. Congratulations.

  8. Means you did a great run and pushed yourself very very hard....Used to do it all the time... Just go alittle slower then that when training .
