  1. It means, as long as things keep going the way they are, you are accepted.

    But since the offer is made, while you still have a year of High School left to go.

    If you make D's during the year, get arrested for something, etc.

    Then the offer is no longer valid.

It means you are accepted so long as the conditions outlined in the offer are met.  For instance, you may need a certain amount of credits, or meet some other academic criteria.  Or they may be awaiting references of some sort.  The conditions, whatever they are, should be included in the offer paperwork or they should've been communicated in some other way.  Usually this means you're accepted so long as everything you've given them and everything you're required to do pans out as you said it would in your application.

  3. Well, it means that it's a "conditional" offer, meaning that certain conditions must be met before the offer can be completed. There should be a contact officer to talk to, give them a call. Good Luck !!
