could be all sorts of things, but I had a problem once with my eye twitching for like two weeks.  It wasn't all that apparent to look at me, but I certainly noticed it.  I ended up going to a doctor and it turned out to be vitamin b deficiency.  I've taken a daily vitamin ever since and never had a problem.
