The ad I am thinking of responding to says this:

Actors needed for Film Project

This short will be filmed in Orange County and will be a comical parody of existing viral videos. The project will be shot on the RED camera and copy and credit will be given.

What is a red camera in this case? Thanks!!!

  1. The red is a high end camcorder. That resolution goes well beyond any HD camcorders available today and enters the realm of digital cinema cameras that are used to replace film. Because the price is lower for it then other cameras at this level a lot of indie film companies are looking into it.
