I'm spanish and I don't know what exactly you mean. Maybe you haven't understand it well. Although the accent of some spanish people can confuse some words. I think that the most similar "sentence" could be "Si pues...", because the word "pues" in many places of Spain is pronounced "po", specially in the south of Spain. The meaning is: "Yes, well...".

"si" as u know is yes, and "po" its like a short way of saying "por que" which means why.

Like you know how many people might say idk meaning i don't know. .. its kinda like that they abreviated por que for po
