What does it mean of you have 20/30 vision is it better then 20/20??

20/30 means that the person can see at 20 feet what "normal" people can see at 30 feet.  So the person would have to be about 10 feet closer to something to see it as clearly as someone who has 20/20 vision.  So it is a little worse than 20/20.

20/20 is perfect vision. 20/30 is a little worse, but not by much.

You still wouldn't be required to wear corrective lenses for a drivers license! : D at least i don't think...
