Well I'm assuming it's mean in a way such as a curvy woman would consider it a curse because it runs in the family or 'gene pool' so she was more than likely set to inherit big b***s or butt, waist line, hips and so on. That's the way I interpreted it, hope I helped... Good luck! =]
