Yellow is associated with the sun, and happiness. Yellow means different things in different cultures, but here, in Canada and N.A. it's a bright, happy colour.

i don't think it says anything about the personality really, except that your mind is more suited to the color and that you prefer this color over others. people claim that yellow means a bright happy person, quite peaceful yet always ready to go. but this doesn't mean anything to be honest. you're personality is what you think it is. you might be depressed or upset and have the favorite color as pink. it's just what your tastes are.
