  1. what the h**l are you talkin about?

  2. Sorry about that... Now maybe he composed something that works like rap, where the singer doesn't sing but speaks in a very rhythmic way- but even with that- he wouldn't have been to invent that. Rapping has been around as long as singing.

Hip Hop, as a musical genre, however, comes from the block parties of New York City in the early 1980s, which were dominated first by DJs and then later taken to higher levels with the MCs (sort of like the host) who took on a larger role with rapping and rhymes.

  3. My guess would be that he didn't. Who told you that Mahler invented rap? That's kind of a crazy idea.

  4. Austrian Composer Gustav Mahler (1860-1911)

was a composer during the Romantic Period in

classical music. That period composers wrote primarily for middle-class audiences,

Romantic musical works tend to have greater ranges of tone color, dynamics, and pitch.

It absolutely have nothing to do with "hip-hop" .

If someone told you that they must be playing a

joke (pulling your leg) on you.

Any person who said that during a "lecure" is full of BS.

    Get your money back.

Leave and Learn (laugh it off).
