What does it mean that Oklahoma is now considered sovereign?

I saw this and is super interested but is just wondering the details and how it will affect others! If you have any info let me know! Im so curious! I live in texas so its interesting to me.

I don't remember hearing anything about this!  But there are many, many Native Americans who live in Oklahoma, might this be what you are talking about?  Sovereign Nations??  They are entitled to specific things as a Sovereign Nation, look at the tribes in Alaska and Washington, and Arizona and New Mexico.  Many of them have Sovereign Nation Status.
