  1. They are on probation and not on suspension. Probation basically means that Kyle and Carl have to play "nice" with each other during the next six races and if they get into each other again expect some harsh consequences in the form of a monetary fine and point penalty

  2. Nope, probation for only 6 weeks. That's NASCAR's version of a slap on the wrist for the 2.

  3. If they were suspended it would mean they couldn't race.

But they aren't suspended they're just on probation. Which means NASCAR is going to be watching them to make sure they don't do anything bad in those 6 weeks and if they do they will get further punishment. (I think)

  4. YEP: UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.

  5. they are on a six race probation, not a suspension. they just have to race hard and play nice for the championship.

  6. They are not suspended.  they are simply on probation for actions detrimental to the sportsmanship in NASCAR.  Without any further altercations with anyone like the performance they put on at Bristol they will both come off probation in 6 races.  Should there be more altercations like the one they just had with anyone, there could be some serious fines levied against either them as individuals or against their teams.
