harmlessly "decorating" someone's house, trees & yard using numerous rolls of toilet paper everywhere. this activity is meant as a prank & usually done late at night, and carefully, while everyone is sleeping cause you can get in trouble since technically it's vandalism. some people take it too far though & use stuff (shaving cream, etc) along with the TP that actually damages stuff....yikes.
