  1. there's no such thing as a back pass unless you like actually pass the ball behind u on accident, but there is a back set where the setter sets backwards to the right side hitter.

  2. Never heard of that, but only thing that might be close is to set someone in the back row for a hit.

  3. Back pass is when you forearm pass the ball with your back to the net or with your back to the target.  It is only to be used in situations where the ball goes way out of the court and someone is chasing after it and uses the back pass to bring it back to the court, since he/she couldn't get their feet around it.  Hope that helps.  Cheers!

  4. A back pass is exactly like the forward pass, except you are facing the opposite direction of where you would like it to go.  Instead of angling your arms downward to make the ball go forward, you angle them upwards so the ball flies over your head in the direction you want it to go.

FYI, it's a lot of fun to do this fast and spin around quickly...

  5. meaning. is to run it or throw the ball. my opion?

  6. there is no back pass theres a back set

but you just set it over the back of your head

  7. its like a bump(forehand pass)but if ur facing the net u turn 180 degrees and make an arc

note: you wouldnt turn to make a back pass its just if u were facing that way

im pretty sure thats what a back pass means

  8. he might have ment back set or when the ball is to far away and i cant get in front of it i sometimes have to swing a little at like a 45* angel and that could also be what he ment
