  3. A private citizen is a citizen who is existing/acting without any official authority, or in some cases, without professional standing.

  4. IT means you do not work for the government.  That is all.

  5. Either you are a person 'owned' by the government, or you are 'free' from such excessive government control.

    In the USA we think of ourselves as private citizens, therefore, we are not owned by the government.   However, if the next president is a Democrat....
