What does it mean to be born again ? How do you know?

Theres different things you could say as to this. To be born again could mean to say that they have a new life and its refereshed and clean. It could also mean that you died and came back to life meaning you died and then you were born again. You will just know.

it depends on the situationm, my best guess is:

something happens to you, something big, or something moving etc. and this "something" changes the way you look at the world, it changes you and your personality - this is when you can say: " I was born again! "

Example: John is such a character, meeting him was like being born again

In the sense of Christianity, it means to have accepted Jesus Christ as your personal savior.  You have shed yourself of the old you, and are reborn as a child of Christ.

The only way to know is to ask The Man himself.
