At this point, it means, "How traditionally feminine/masculine are you?" A good way of determining this is by looking up the Bem s*x Role Inventory (BSRI) and seeing which traits correspond to you. But since so many women and men are sharing these traits, the terms have become disingenuous.

I am a guy but I don't feel masculine. I like to wear girls hairstyles just because i think they look better. Does that make me less masculine?

If you are a feminist and a male, you are not masculine. If you are a feminist and a female, you are very masculine.

I grew up with two brothers and am not a the "stereotypical female."
