Notice there is no "I" in team. That's because a team is made up of more then one person. A great team is one that works together to get the job done or win. You have to put aside your ambitions of standing out and getting noticed in order to advance the team as a whole.

to be part of any team sport goes with the moddo from the three muskateers. all for one and one for all. it means everyone is there for eachother and supportive of one another, even when losing. everyone gives it all to contribute. thats the general meaning of team.

I was in my school's athletics team when I was 12 so I guess that was pretty cool. Also we won the Indoor Primary School Athletics so it felt cool to be apart of that team. :)
