  1. The pace per mile you would run a 10K race in which is 6.2 miles.

  2. It means to run each mile(or other specified distance) in the time that you  run in your 10k split for that time. Example: I can run my 5k in 21:21 so if I wanted to run a mile at my 5k pace I would divide 21:21 by 5k (3.1miles) to see how fast that is and then run it.

  3. This means how fast you can run 10 kilometers, or 6.25 miles. Try measuring out 6 1/4 miles and run at a pace you would in a race. Don't sprint or go full out (you will only last about 12 seconds).

  4. Probably to run super slowly?
