I have been advised by someone in a tinfoil pointy helmet that the source of all my internet connection problems is frequency. Frequency of what is not specified so he could just mean don't turn it on so often or he could mean keep turning it on and off until it Hertz. That's a little German joke BTW and quite possibly the only German joke not based around, or extensively featuring dust or its close cousin mud.

  1. Question 1(one) Do you have DSL broadband?

Question2(two) Do you have WLan (wireless)?

If you have DSL never mind the frequency,

then you have to get in touch with the high premium phone line and call your provider. Your router is done.
