How can I help people dismiss thier foreclosures.

Does this mean that they wont owe anything after the dismissal of the case?

  1. This just means that they have to start the process again, some form was missed the first time around.

The foreclosure will still happen, it is just delayed a little bit.

The dismissal has nothing to do with them owing money, it only means that the case has to be redone, no one won, no one lost.

  2. They'll still owe the mortgage amount - they don't just get a free house.

  3. No, the lenders didn't have their paperwork in order. The lendees still own the funds and they need to pay or after the lenders get their act together, they will be back in front of the judge again.
