6 ANSWERS

  1. Leave the past be live for today

  2. To only engage in my immediate universe.

  3. It means that you believe the past is gone and there is no way it can be changed and you don't know what the future holds so the only thing you can be really sure of is the now. What you are doing at this very minute and you make the most of every minute.

  4. To put all worries about the future and regrets of the past to the side and simply live in the present!

  5. Regardless of what Mr. Tolle says about it, what it means to me is living mindfully.  As the Buddha said in the Samyutta Nikaya: The past is no more and the future does not exist.  Living in the "now" means nothing more or less than not fretting over the past or hankering over the future. Neither one is real.  All that exists is now.

  6. To basically give no thought to the future and concern yourself with living for the day
