What does it mean when I dream that I am shot in the heart

And also, why do I always dream that I am dying or injured in my dreams, or that I lose someone or something?

My brother-in-law is a pshychologist and I asked a similar question because I was having weird dreams about myself.  He said often times it means something is going to happen to someone else.  I think it's true.  I had a dream that I had a heart attack. 2 wks later, my husband had a heart attack.  coincidence??? don't know but it fit the picture.  Is someone in your family ill or one of your close friends?  I'm just telling you what I was told and my own experience.

To tell you the truth I had a dream with me in a war and alot of knifes stabbing me and I actually felt the pain. Not as bad as it really is. I must of had an ache in my body for that happening. Like a cramp for example.

But an answer to your question is.

You must of had a bad dream. Or something in the past might of affected you right at that moment. Trust me that happened to me twice. But wierdly I don't remember the sadness that came to me at that moment. Wierd huh? Well it really dosen't mean anything that much. You must have had  heavy feeling that your body didn't want and it affected your dreams aswell. Good Luck!
