What does it mean when a guy flirts with you and then tells you, he has a girlfriend?

This guy and I were heavily flirting and then he told me he has a girlfriend, I think she's in NYC and we're both living in Portland, Or.

Every guy I like eitehr is g*y, taken or doesn't like me, should I try to be friends with him w/o stealing him?

It means he's a womaniser. If u like it that way, then carry on with him......but don't expect any commitment......such guys belong to no one.

And I pity his girlfriend. Hope she knows what's he doing.

Just forget him and find someone who is single. it sounds like he is playing games with you and he doesn't even respect his own girlfriend because he is flirting with you. do you really want to be with a guy like that?
