What does it mean when a guys face gets all red?

My (ex) boyfriend and I ended up getting in the same class, it was the first day of school today. We broke up about 3 weeks ago. I was the one who dumped him, but it was pretty mutual. We didn't end on good terms, so about 2 days after the break up, I wrote him a letter. He never wrote back, and I know he got it. Anyways, when he saw me in class, his face got all red. Why is this? Does he still have at least a little feelings for me? Was he nervous? Does this mean he's not completely over it? What does it mean when a guys face gets all red?

While if it was after a break-up it was probably because he was really nervous and scared to see you. He probably really likes you. So i think that he still has feelings for you. That's what i think it is.
