  1. they special like that all the time but price line is the best unless you know for a fact you want that hotel n then they can charge you what ever they want when they get there so its much better to  buy the rooms in advance as far as in advance as you can get!!!

  2. Prepayment just means you pay in full before you even leave for your trip.  You will often get a discount (which is always a good thing) if you prepay.  It's also nice knowing your room is already taken care of when you get there.  I would say, go ahead and book your room for October while they're having the prepayment special!  Oh, and have a wonderful trip!

  3. Looking at the post above me I'm just baffled. I always pre-pay (your special means you get a discount for paying in advance) through sites like Expedia and I've never had a bad room, bad flight, nor a bad car rental.

  4. Depending on how much it will cost, it sounds ok to me. I prefer to prepay, so I don't have to worry about it all when I arrive.

  5. It means that a special price is available when you pay in full before you arrive.

  6. When traveling, we never prepay for a hotel. Websites can be deceiving, and we like to see where we're going to stay before we pay for it. Sometimes when you get to your room, it's dirty, and if you've already paid for the place, you're stuck unless they upgrade your room.

  7. Hotels lose a lot of money on people who cancel their reservations at the last minute. Pre-payment is simply good business.

  8. Since no-one defined - Prepayment means that in return for a discount (usually) you have to pay for your room when you reserve it.  This is often a good deal except you MUST watch for cancellation policies, some of these trips are non-cancel, non-refund.   Also, if you do not plan on paying of your credit card that you use to pay, make sure the interest between the book time and the trip doesn't destroy your savings.
