she has a hard time looking at someone eye to eye.I do that,some people get offended when I look around and not at them.

She is probably nervous for some reason... maybe there is some underlying problem or event that happened in her past that allows her to be nervous around male colleagues and she has a nervous twitch that comes out as excessive blinking...

ummm, maybe she's nervous or agitated, or she has something in her eye? lol. I don't know if it always "means" something....
