What does it mean when a listed house says "corporate listing"?

  1. The owner is a corporation.  Maybe an investment corporation, maybe they were using it for executives in the area - something like that.  Some of these can be very good deals (corporations are not always the most savy sellers) but others are fairly priced, or even overpriced; so hard to make to many assumptions base on this.
