What does it mean when a person is obsessed with water?

Emotions is a nice and poetic answer, but the classical (and probably correct) answer is s*x.

If you ask someone to describe some water to you (with out telling them what type), and they describe a small bottle of water, or a bucket, or a river, or the ocean - that usually quite accurately indicates the size of their s*x drive.
