What does it mean when all suburbs in a city lead to know where?

I think you mean no where. You go from your suburbs to the rural-urban fringe which finally gives way to the rural dominated landscape. As long as your are on earth suburbs will always lead to something. The urbanites might think it is no where, but if you ask the rural you will soon find out your are dealing with reality.
