Translation from the Latin is that possibly the left atrium of your heart is enlarged.  Your heart has four chambers, and the left atrium is the upper left one.  If might be an indication of a problem spot, or it might be nothing.  Just like with a spelling checker, you can't rely on a dumb machine's conclusions to make your final diagnosis.  I'm surprised the doctor didn't discuss this with you.  Call him up and tell him you want to discuss your test results with him (or her?)  It's part of their job to explain all the ramifications of your results.
