What does it mean when an item is processed THREE times at the same post office on THREE different days?

I bought a video game on eBay, and the seller had perfect feedback of over 500 at 100%. I know this is not an issue with the seller. The item was supposed to have been shipped on the 12th via priority mail, but when I did not receive it in a week, I requested a tracking number, being that I am only six hours away from the shipping location. When I entered my tracking number at the USPS website, this was the result I got from their track & confirm page:

What's going on? How can something be processed THREE times on three different days at the SAME location? Shouldn't it have been processed, then shipped to me?

  1. Miami is a big place...it could be three different post offices.
