  1. Level of what?

The blood has so many different formed elements in it as well as ions et al that this is impossible to answer.

  2. Blood Level what?  there are LOTS of different blood levels.

Seeing that you had to have two bags, you were probably bleeding internally.  if you havd an accident, you may have damaged  an internal organ.  if you didn;t have an accident, you might have ulcers, or some other disease.

Be sure to make you follow-up visits with your doctor!

  3. I believe you are talking about your hemoglobin level.  Most likely you are bleeding somewhere.

  4. It looks like they were indeed referring to your haemoglobin levels (however this is an educated guess as you havnt specified which part of your blood work up they are talking about) as a lower range for an adult female is 12.0 g/dl.  As your blood test only showed a level of 7.0 g/dl this would mean you would not have enough haemoglobin and therefore blood to carry oxygen and other metabolites around your body to keep you healthy and alive.  So to boost levels to a normal range they gave you 2 transfusions.  It doesnt say why you were in hospital but if you were losing blood due to an accident or disease, or had a type of severe anemia this would be a standard treatment
