it means that a week or two before it appears ..you threw a fit or got very angry at someone or something......

It is a result of a potassium deficiency.  Consuming more calcium helps too. Try including more potassium and calcium rich foods in your diet. You could also try a vitamin supplement. Hope this helps!

I don't have a real answer.  My parents used to tell me that they were potatos and were growing in my fingernails because my hands are dirty.
