what does it mean when a guy stares intensely at a girl,whether it be a guy who goes to her school and she doesn't talk to or some random guy she sees in public.

sometimes the stare of guys is so intense at me its like a laser beam is gonna come out of their eyes and attack me (wow...reallly bad examle but i don't know how else to describe it).sometimes it kind of freaks me out., they are usually always staring intently at my face.

if a guy stares "extra long" at a girl does that mean he finds her attractive?and what does it mean if i always catch guys staring at my face?
