Im trying to watch a college football game but I am in California and the game I am trying to watch is in Oregon. I can get it on the radio from the internet but I want to try to watch it. It wont let me watch the game on the internet or I cant figure it out. It says: Watch it on Washington ISP Sports Network. Well what is that and how can I watch it? ANd do I have to pay for the service. I thought you could watch anything on the Internet. Maybe not, so if anyone has any tips I'd appreciate it, thanks.
