  1. An issue with the drivers for the network card.

  2. ndiswrapper-common is a package that deals with network cards. You need to install the package.

If you are running Ubuntu (or a flavor of it) enter this in a terminal:

    sudo apt-get install ndiswrapper-common

Then enter your password when it prompts you for it

Otherwise do the equivalent for your distro! If you don't like the command line use your package management software. Find a forum for your specific distro, it'll help a lot more than on here. And give more detail next time you ask a question so we can help you more!!
