What does it mean when people call you by your full name?

First and last. Is it because my first name has 2 syllables and my last name has 1?

well that kinda depends on your name. it might be because it just sounds really good together & it also depends on the situation when they say it. kinda like when you do something wrong & your mom/dad might do it. idk thats a hard one need more info. on that
