  1. When used correctly, it comes from the expression 'keeping up with the Jones's', which means wanting to have that the neighbours have.


  2. It's the urge to do something, or a craving.  Usually if someone ends up being that way it is time to stop ^^. I wouldn't use the same term if you just want it.. I use it more of when people NEED it because of addiction
