What does it mean when search engines,etc. say they can not find feed to my page or it is indexable???

Question

I go through blogtoolkit.com for my blog page. I have a call into them, but well I need to know soon. What does it mean when search engines & list can not find feed to my blog page or it comes back sight may not exist or indexable blog page? Yes I have gone into search engines & added my sight.

I am concerned about this, because of people trying to find my page.

Also when you look up specific keywords in my headers on my blog the results do not show my page.

I have tried meta tag, permalinks everything I can think of.

Is this just something where you have to have more posts, ect. for search engines & alike to pick you up or does it sound like my page is missing something?

Can anyone please take a look & help me???

If one visualizes any search engine as a huge index with all the information in its list.  If a page is not in their listings, then It probably hasnt been opted into the listing of that search engine!
