  1. Feet down, head up.

  2. It means that instead of a baby coming out of the mother head first the baby is coming out feet first which most of the time not a good thing.

  3. The baby is supposed to be "head down, head first" for a vaginal delivery. Breech means the baby is flipped around so the feet are down, feet are first. If the baby is breech the doctor may try to get the baby flipped into correct position or may opt for a c-section.

  4. it means they are presenting feet down instead of head down. so if they were to be born vaginally their feet would come out first instead of the head

  5. Babies come out head first, breech is when they come out feet first.

  6. It means the baby is feet first not head first.  also they use the term when the baby is born facing up.  Babys are normally born looking down and head first.

  7. That the baby is head up. That they baby is in the wrong position to deliver

  8. Head up and feet down..The baby is in a wrong position to deliver baby by vaginal birth..so, they have to do a c section.
