  1. Foot work, is how your approach the net when your going in to take a hit. Its Left, Right, Left,You do the last two steps right after eachother, and you land slanted to the net.

  2. Footwork is like shuffling back, sideways, or forward when the ball is coming at you. It is the fastest way to get back and be prepared to pass the ball. You cant just stand up and walk backwards and then get ready, that takes too long. Footwork is one of the most important things in volleyball so if you aren't sure...ask your coach!!  That's why they are there..to teach you. So dont be afraid to ask them for any explanation im sure they would be more than happy to answer.

  3. It means they want to know whether you can do an approach to the net (typically left, right, left) to hit a ball, but it can also mean how you go from your base to your defensive position in the back row

  4. footwork is either your approach for an attack (hitting) , jump serving footwork, or transitioning which is going from offense to defense, blocking is footwork as well

  5. Dance;cha,cha,cha.
