What does it mean when the days go slow but the weeks, months and years fly by?

It means what it says. Sometime time seems faster than it should be and sometime it seems slower. Einstein said about relativity that it's like having a date with a beautifully woman or an ugly one. Time will flow differently.

Also, it's pretty difficult to memories every day of last year but you can recall memory from every hour of your day, hence more information on your day than last year.

It means you need a little more excitement in your life. The passsage of time is relative and subjective. Doing something you enjoy will make the time seem to fly past whilst doing something you hate will slow the clock to a crawl.
