  1. Do you mean that when you receive an e-mail it doesn't flash, or do you mean after a period of time it no longer flashes? I do know that the LED will flash for about 15 minutes and then stop until you receive another e-mail or message.

    If it is no longer flashing at all when you get a message, then check your profile settings to see if the LED notification is still set to go off.
