  1. An airplane is like a tube (with wings) that is sealed tight.  The reason it's sealed is to keep pressurized air inside.  They need pressurized air for the occupants to breathe because if they were breathing air at the altitude the plane is flying at, everyone would pass out, including the pilots, because there is less oxygen at high altitudes.   The tube is pressurized because there is a system that pumps air in, and being sealed, the more air that's pumped in, the more the pressure increases.

  2. It means that it's losing pressure!

    It's self explanatory

  3. The pressure is the gravitational pull and the amount of oxegen in the cabin. If this were to ever happen in an airplane, the little O masks should come down for everyone to breath in!
