  1. That is a very sad story............and to take someone off "life support" means to remove the tubes that help you live if you are in a comma, or suffering like that baby.

  2. u no all the machines at hospitals?

    they help a person stay alive, if somt one has hardly any chance of survival  & is in a very deep acoma they "unplug" the stuff that helps them stay alive.

    basically they will die ):

    this actually happened to a kid at our school. his mom couldnt afford the bills so they took him off life support

    everyone was quiet, and our schools website did a memorial thing on the homepage... & our computer background for a month...

    {We miss you Anthony...}

  3. removal of CPAP (oxygen) , intravenous feeding tube usually done after it's been determined that there's no brain activity other than the autonomous nervous system . . .

  4. they removed the machines that were helping the baby continue living.  the baby wasn't able to survive off of those machines, and died.  the term "life support" refers to any machines or equipment that are being used to sustain life that wouldn't continue without their use.  (does that make sense?)
