What does it mean when u dream in 3rd person?

ur watching ur dream. like i am there, watching me, but not in my body if that makes sense? i happens to me sometimes

yeah so anyone know what it means?

its called a lucid dream. its in which while you are dreaming, you yourself know you are dreaming, and are able to control what happens in that dream.

Whose body were you in? How did the *real you* look like through that person's eyes?

It may be an indication of lack of self-awareness, of neglect to one's buried urges/feelings such as anger, depression, or desire.
