A common problem.  I't's called SPD (spotted d**k syndrome). It usually occurs just before the p***s drops off.  Counting the dots will give you an indication of how long before it goes.

Less than 4 dots, 10-15 days

4-8 dots, 5-10 days

more than 8 dots, it's probably gone already.

First, this is a medical question, not a word question.  Second, could you be more vague and less descriptive?

What kind of white things?  Pimples, flakes, what?  Also, if they were IN your d**k, you wouldn't see them.  So i presume they are ON your d**k?  I'd get to a doctor ASAP!
