What does it mean when veins show through????

ok, so a little while ago i started noticing that i could kinda see my veins through my skin like on my rib cage there not like lifted or like vericose veins you can just see them it looks like somone drew on me with a marker... i didnt think anything of it i just thought well im kinda pale but now while i was changing i noticed that i can really see them and its not just there its my whole arms extending into my hands and under my chin does this mean something??

Yes, It means you are thin and caucasion. Completely normal. At one time fashionable women would draw blue veins on their cleavage, above their gowns. It was thought to be beautiful.
