  1. The condensate drain line for the air conditioner is likely clogged up. This could be due to algae and/or fungus build-up. Anyway, if the line gets clogged, it fills up the drip pan under the unit and eventually overflows. Then, it just seeks the path of least resistance (in this case, down through your wall).

Call an HVAC tech and get this fixed immediately. The moisture in the wall can cause mold and wood rot problems that will not only be a health hazard, but expensive to fix later on. In fact, after you get the leak fixed, you might want to have someone tear out some of that drywall to see if there is any damage or mold already. And, if so, have it fixed now.

  2. It is probably because the air conditioner is not draining outside like it should be, it has to tilt a little so it drains the right way.

  3. a/c try to shut down the unit for a few hours and give it a chance to thaw out. then run it again if it still leaks call a a/c repairman.

  4. it most likely the air unit not draining water out i would really have some one come look at it cause it could cause mold to start growing

  5. it could be condesation from your coolant lines or condensation from the unit itself, you need to have some one take a look at it soon, because it well begin to grow black mold
